License
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use TuneLT for tuning, preset management, OCR-assisted tuning chart review, setlists, import/export, and related personal music workflows. Do not reverse engineer, misuse, resell, or disrupt the app or associated store and platform services.
App functionality
TuneLT provides microphone pitch detection, instrument presets, custom tuning presets, OCR-assisted scan review, setlists, sharing, optional platform sync, ads, analytics, crash diagnostics, and subscription features. Some features may depend on device permissions, App Store or Google Play services, RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, iCloud, or platform link handling.
Permissions
Microphone permission is required for live pitch detection. Camera or photo permission may be required for OCR tuning scan. Revoking permissions disables the related feature but does not prevent you from using other available parts of the app.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features, subscriptions, trials, refunds, renewals, cancellations, and purchase restoration are handled by App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store account used for purchase. Access may change if a payment fails, a subscription expires, or a store reports that entitlement is no longer active.
Sharing and user data
When you share TuneLT presets, setlists, QR codes, JSON, .tunelt files, or app links, the payload may contain the tuning data you chose to share. Send those payloads only to people who should receive that information. You are responsible for any content you import, export, scan, or share through the app.
User conduct
Do not use TuneLT for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with app distribution, purchases, analytics, ads, platform links, or third-party services used by the app.
Third-party services
TuneLT may rely on Apple, Google, Firebase, Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, RevenueCat, and other platform services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, billing decisions, or data processing performed by third-party services outside our control.
No professional guarantee
TuneLT is a music utility. Pitch detection can be affected by room noise, microphone quality, instrument condition, string age, harmonics, and playing technique. Always use musical judgment, especially before performance, recording, repair, or instrument setup work.
Disclaimer
The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted service, perfect tuning accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of TuneLT.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or change app features, website pages, store listings, pricing, trial availability, supported platforms, and service integrations. Important changes may be announced in-app, on the website, or in the store listing.
